A 1-7 day journey into practicing regeneration, culture & community connection
For groups between 4-16 people who are interested in visiting the Osa and learning how your skills and interest can serve the needs of this bioregion.
Tailored to expand the awareness, impact and the network of changemakers, regenerative finance stewards, social entrepreneurs, and community organizers and facilitators. We offer immersions into the regenerative action taking place in the Osa Peninsula.
Experience hands-on how we make our impact and uplift our local community, culture, soils and waterways. Meanwhile learn about ancestral wisdom, place-based knowledge, solidarity economy, and other regenerative practices rooted in reciprocity and celebration,
Come and grow impactful relationships with us, others, and the Osa.
Room and board is organised by Los Higuerones based on prefererences

Leadership Retreats

Tailored to growing the skills you need to lead through these times, starting from within.
During our leadership retreats you join a living experiment in regeneration. Come with your own group or alone to reconnect, realign, and reimagine your path forward.
Various healing/ inner work modalities, cultural immersion, place-based knowledge and hands-on regenerative practice will help you clarify your next steps and create a roadmap for yourself, your business, and/or community.

A 2-6 month journey that deepen your Earth-based wisdom
and regenerative leadership skills to serve local communities in needs.
Learn how to steward the community and place you live in regenerative while gaining hands-on experience in growing impact initiatives from the ground up.
Our residential fellowship focuses on growing the skills and knowledge that are needed to co-create solutions from an emergent future (Otto Sharmer - Theory U). You'll be shown how Los Higuerones works has become the bioregional hub and learning center it is today that fosters, strengthens, and enriches local culture and biodiversity.
